Once I was working with a Company that had very tight covenant on their loáns and the FD said to me, "keep an eye on the covenants", and then he said to. "Clients are like the dauly bread, we can live some time with daily bread, and we will struggle but we will keep going, but Cash is like the air, we won't last long without it". I have seen many businesses fail, big or small and cash is always thhere causing trouble, is the one to pull the plug. If you starting or you are already in business, my question to you is, are you measuring your cash flow? How are doing? What happens if you have a shortage? How many days or nmonths can you manage without? Can you get an overdraft or a loan?
